Huijsen has said it all in his interview with Marca about how Juve treated him badly. He's only a victim from Juventus's circumstances, and happy he did it right. He was not willing to leave Juve, but being forced by Giuntoli and Motta.
The good thing is that Huijsen is now moving to Madrid while Juve still have Giuntoli clown as a part of their system. 

I believe Juve will never step up as long as there will still Giuntoli clown there. Juve is the reverse of La Masia.
