It's 30 minutes plus now in this intense game, a win for Newcastle keeps them on the same points with Arsenal but will still be in third position because of goal difference and a win for Arsenal will cement their place in the second position of the league for the third time in a row.
Arsenal is dominating the game at the Emirates but Newcastle has created enough chances for themselves to be at least 2 goals up but they have failed to make good use of their 4 shots on target so far. I just hope these wasted chances doesn't come back to hunt them!.
If Newcastle wins Arsenal they will move to second position because Arsenal are only 2 points ahead of them since Arsenal have 68 points while Newcastle have 66 points. Arsenal keeps getting possession of the ball in their matches while their opponents always create more scoring chances, they should just thank David Raya for the good saves he made in the first half otherwise Arsenal would have been losing by at least two goals before now. Arsenal have really lost their strength and force after they dropped out of the Champions League, they no longer have that dominant energy they used to display in the Premier League games and it is becoming annoying because regardless that they will finish the season without a trophy but they can still keep that winning energy while preparing ahead of next season's games. If they can't win Newcastle they should instead end in a draw instead of losing.
