There's always the possibility of a false-positive, but the service is NOT deliberately taking your coins.
You know, if I had read here that such a "respectable" company can just freeze funds for weeks and months - I would not have made a deposit here.
But if you are already freezing assets, then at least indicate what you did not like in the gaming account and what is the timeframe for resolving the issue.

The fact that anyone could make an account in the forum and post whatever they like, how could we trust the claims of random UNKNOWN users from the internet, WHICH could be using multiple forum accounts to exaggerate the situation when the actual situation actually simple/fixable IF there are no serious issues from that user.
