Actually, it looks like my feedback for BETKIN is no longer valid:
Today, April 26, I finally received my $5,000 withdrawal from Betkin.
It took about one and a half months of waiting, multiple unanswered emails, no accessible (live) support, and having to escalate the matter publicly, but the funds have now been paid out.
While I am relieved that the payment was eventually processed, the overall experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I hope no other players will have to go through the same ordeal.
With this said, I will close the topic and mark it as resolved.

So I have removed the negative feedback and will replace it with a neutral.
OP, just continue to make noise, provide proof to casinoguru or whoever of what happened and there's a good chance your complaint will be resolved, or at least addressed.
I still do not trust this casino.
