I would like to post my project in bitcoin/project development

I managed to do it a few week ago. My post was then moved to
Economy / Service Announcements /
by a moderator

Now I am trying to write a new post to bitcoin/project development but it gets canceled every time I do It

Can you point me to your rules. I do not really understand what is going on or if I am violating some code of this forum
