I have a question about the Type 3 Flag:
Code:
This user violated a written contract with me, resulting in damages.
What if a service makes contradicting claims on their website, and only one of those claims would mean a written contract was violated, while the other claim supports what they did? Would that still qualify as breaking a written contract?
For context, see this post.

I personally think that violating the agreement is not the work of a good person. If someone violates the agreement and someone else suffers, then in my opinion, we should talk to the person who caused the damage and come to a solution. But if he does not agree, then we should sit down with the local people and solve the problem. But if he does not agree either, I think we should resort to the law. Because the law runs at its own pace, it will not listen to anyone.
