You see all these threads on merit this and merit that eh, I no feel say we suppose Dey dwell on this matter like this. We Dey make am look like say, we no fit earn merits from other boards or something.
What was the case when we had no local board, no local board merit source and all we had for a merit source was CB that was designated for altcoins with very limited allocation…? We no been Dey get all these and that complaints about merits from left, right and center. We were doing just fine and should be even better now.
If you good, e no go be for only local board, the better way you better need to Dey show for outside this our local board too:
Wetin you talk na true but wetin you go know be say we get a lot of newbies for the local board wey be say dem never develop that confidence to dey go make posts for general discussion board so dem find the local board more friendly and accommodating so na here their interest day and we also want dem to grow because all of us once started as a newbie even though it wasn't easy for us den. The local board don dey grow well well now and all of us know say merit get some kind motivation wey e dey carry wen we see say we dey make quality posts dey earn merit. Na true say we no suppose focus all our eye for the local board but it will interest you to know that there are other local boards members that only earns their merit for their own local board and dem dey grow from there before dem begin enter general board discussion. The truth be say we need more quality posts in the local board, we need allocation increment to the local board sources we have and we also need more merits sources because the local board don large and the activities in the local board don big pass only one or two merit sources.
