Good day all, as you all know, we have been pretty frank and always up front with you lot.
At the moment, after our wallet provider upgraded their system 2 weeks ago, we started seeing "missing" deposits. However, all funds are SAFU! The wallet provider's system fails to update us on player balance. We started seeing this issue more rampant in the last 3 days. As such it is understandable that players would accuse us of being a scam. I would too if my deposits aren't being synced properly after a couple of hours of waiting.
We are working closely with the provider and hope to have it fixed in the next 24-48 hours. However, this experience has left us with a bitter taste in the mouth, and we are unsure if their promises carry any weight anymore. We have started speaking with other providers and hope to bring a backup early next month!
Thanks for the reassuring update. You should definitely consider other alternatives so you can keep your brand name clean. The crypto industry is mostly about trust and transparency between different parties and should anything minor or a small delay happen, the other party/parties might instantly think that they were scammed.
