La Masia Academy does not lose its young talent, they have many talented young players and some of them are truly future stars. Lamine Yamal, Cubarsi, Balde, Gavi, Olmo and several others are products of their academy, but others are still around. Hansi Flick arrived at the right time, but he still needs financial support to be able to meet the needs of his squad considering that several of his young players also need adequate rest. Hansi Flick is likely to bring in several new players next season, while he will definitely rely on his current players.
At least for now La Masia is being looked at again after a few seasons where the previous coaches always prioritized players who were bought rather than looking for young talents from the academy, which has always been a hallmark for Barcelona.

La Masia Academy has a lot of talent and it is undeniable that this academy is still one of the best for now because even the evidence of some players who are now even core in one of the clubs or even have good popularity does not come from La Masia.
This should be given more attention to Barcelona but in the last few seasons their characteristics seem to have disappeared but now with Flick at Barcelona slowly their characteristics are returned and I think it is a very good thing and indeed worth doing because apart from having progress for long-term plans this can also be a good alternative for Barcelona in parsing their financial problems which are always a stumbling block every season.
