You clearly stated that the bitcoins can still be seen on the original address from 2023 on the block explorer right? So there's nothing to be worried about. So long you have backed up your seedphrase and you still have access to it then all you just have to do is to recover it.

Ensure you are performing the recovery process on a clean and secure computer, free from malware. Do not enter your seed phrase on any website or application other than the official Trezor Suite when prompted during the recovery process. This process already invalidates the main purpose of the hardware device, so I'll advice you clearly reset your trezor and create a new seed. Then transfer your funds from the old seedphrase to the new one for better security.
