I have never made these bets, but from what I have seen and understood, these strategies of increasing the bet after losing seem very risky. It is indeed risky because in the end this is an aggressive way that is done as a form of ambition that we have in gambling. In addition, this is also a note that it seems that we are not too prepared for the previous defeat and try to restore it with the upcoming round which will actually increase the risk of increasing the losses.
