I don't know how known of a platform BestChange is, but you're indeed there. However, instead of occupying a top position, you're near the bottom, with an inactive status, and doesn't indicate a reserve.
It's great that your "service works in automatic mode" and has "no breaks or days off", but why does it have business hours? Your main page isn't even consistent with it. So, which is which, "every day from 09:00 to 20:00 UTC" or "daily from 13:00 to 24:00 UTC"?
Also, unlike what you said, your support isn't always in touch. It says in your site, "write to us, we are online", but when I did, it says, wait, the operators are busy.
