I don't know, I think it would be better if Amorim considers bringing back some of his players that has improved in their performance since they were on loan, Anthony is in hot form now likewise Greenwood, I understand the situation that is affecting the return of Greenwood but I think Amorim should think about bringing back Anthony into the team instead of signing a new player that would start working to adapt to his tactics.
Why bring them back to Manchester United? They have only just started to play well in other teams and it seems like they have finally found themselves. If you return them to the same atmosphere they were in before, their performances will drop again because Manchester United has huge problems with this. I do not think they are capable of fixing their game in the current circumstances. I mean it is not just about changing players, they also need to replace Amorim, who is not able to build relationships with certain players and is ready to let them go even if they could be useful to the team.
Why bringing them back to Manchester United deserves the obvious answer: Antony is loaned out and if a club sends a player away on loan basis, the point is to get him back if the player makes the anticipated progress. But Antony hasn't broken any records. He scored one dream goal and was a nice addition to the Betis team, but that's it. Amorim has to make plans for a whole season. Antony is a player who plays well every so often. That is not what Manchester United needs. I am curious how Amorim will decide.
