It is mysterious if Duelbits team haven't blocked your account completely despite knowing about your multiple accounts.
Maybe because I wasn't breaking any TOS? It could also possible that I was winning from the leaderboard and they don't want a winning customer. Who knows only DB can answer those questions because when I asked support they only provided me a generic response that excluding me was from the decision of their marketing dept.

Any on-site credits remaining on the Accounts will be frozen. If you forgot your login data or password to your first Account, contact the Support:

So with that by having 2 account that means you already violate their rules. Lucky for you that they didn't detect your violation so better careful dealing with those accounts.
Since it was written their that they can terminate your accounts and freeze those assets there. Better correct those possible mistake than feel sorry later once Duelbits would notice about this. Don't let them to use this situation to block your future withdrawals.
