His market value is around £65m, and I think Arsenal would not have too much trouble in paying his release clause.
According to rumors, Arsenal and Manchester United have been linked with Gyokeres. Plus Amorim was his coach at Sporting so he should have gone to Manchester United rather than Arsenal, but Gyokeres needs certainty and Amorim clearly doesn't have that to convince the club owners to spend money. You know Manchester United recently even bought a ticket to the Europa League Final which required Amorim to spend money from his pocket. On the other hand Arsenal is suitable to bring in Gyokeres because the striker position is very important for them.
