I disagree. A loss is a loss.

No matter where you look at it, it is a loss, and what you could do and what you are talking about is to have that positive mindset and not manipulate yourself to believe that it is not a loss because it is a loss and because of that you turn yourself around and make gains because you cannot really avoid those losses you need to put in the right risk to reward ratio to make yourself successful in trading.
