I think the network provider is blocking it, since I can access shuffle.com without any problem using my PC with a different internet service provider. Is there anyone here from the Philippines who plays on shuffle.com using a Globe Telecom SIM card? I can't access it using Globe. Previously, I have experienced cases like yours where using a PC and WIFI network it runs well without problems but when accessing on mobile with a different network it cannot access it due to restrictions from the SIM Card provider.
