This is how useful to do KYC since we can easily prove the account belong to us if there's certain issues like this happened.
Also experience this kind of issue before but on other platform and the support help me to regain the access of my account when I provide those necessary documents they asked.
Previously, I have never experienced losing the 2FA code but now I don't save Rollbit's secret 2FA code while the 2FA code is still active at the extension.
Suppose we lose 2FA and our casino account has not KYC whether the KYC requested will still be approved with what is submitted?
But if what is submitted in the document will still be approved then that's good anyway.
