Getting a player like Viktor Gyökeres for £65m is quite cheap, especially in time like this when the transfer market has been highly inflated. I was hoping that Sporting Lisbon were going to slap a £100m plus price tag on the player, but the price I am seeing is okay. There is only one way for us to find out if he can replicate his goal scoring form he had in Sporting Lisbon, is if he move to other league. I remember when Manchester city bought Erling Haaland, there were same similar doubts about him replicating his goal scoring form in the premier league, he came and won the golden boot for two straight seasons.

The only thing that will hinder Viktor Gyökeres from scoring goals is if he move to a team that is poorly managed. If he make the mistake of going to a club like Manchester United he is finished. He should go to a team that have the passion to win something and he will flourish.

Exactly my point, many clubs especially English clubs do inflate the price of their players even though the good performance is just for only one season yet clubs still buy them for heavy amount, yet Sporting is offering a player like Gyokores that's been very consistent with his good performance for €66m and someone is saying it's costly, well replicating his goal scoring form is a good point but that doesn't mean he's not worth the price and a player like Gyokores has a potential of succeeding wherever he gets transferred to.

He's a kind of player that would succeed in either Arsenal or Chelsea, those two teams play good football but lacks a proper finisher that's why they depend on wingers and midfielders and sometimes defenders to do the finishing, well am not going to conclude that he won't succeed at Manchester United, cause Amorim is his former boss and Manchester United have created lots of chances this season but a proper finisher is also their problem too, so their's chances that he could still succeed with his former boss, currently Manchester United and Arsenal are the English teams he might likely go to so let's see how it goes.
