Last month I had a delay in payment from my boss.
This month I’ve already told my boss I’m getting my pay before next week, he doesn't know how.

Wow, did you tell your boss about this? Anyway, I think your boss is surprised. He is thinking to himself, why was his salary late last month, but this month, is it such a coincidence that he will get his salary before the end of the month?

We reach 10/12 days between the range of 100/105 k this is quite good this plateau after having a low in the end of april put us in the bring of a new run.
120k for my is the target for the next push, im being conservative? Yes but i dont have any problem with that because time is on our side.
