Looks like excitement is back on the menu and ramen is soon to be a thing of the past (unless you really enjoy ramen - your call).
edit: the table previewed fine but looked like crap once posted. I deleted the table, took a screen cap instead and made it a bit prettier.

Is this real? It looks like the perfect fancy dinner (when NGU). I need to reserve a table. Where is that?
I agree. "We" need further information, since the menu looks too good to be true, so without further information, especially regarding location, call me a skeptic.

Not enough steak!
In my neck of the woods, we have these soy-boy type restaurants popping up all the time, getting great reviews, then failing epically (assuming this is real.) No one wants to pay $400 for two, and then walk away needing a protein shake.
Your first comment is correct, since there seems to be quite a bit of nutritional value in eating meat products, and so the problem with "soy-boy" restaurants and/or purported edibles, is not the lack of protein, but instead the kind of protein and the lack of animal fats... perhaps lack of some other kinds of fats too. We should not have to take supplements (not really a large fan of protein shakes as a means to supplement for real food.. like your first example of a steak) in order to get all of our essential nutrients, and it seems that animal fats and animal proteins already have quite a few of our essential nutrients.
Over $106,000 now! Looking like we’ll be making a run at the all time high this week. Excitement is back in the air folks. Nothing quite as sweet as the words price discovery connected to Bitcoin. Looking like smooth sailing ahead for the near future anyway. I don’t see any real selling pressure until maybe July.
Have you ever thought about something? Bitcoin is surprising us every moment. You and I have never been surprised like this before. We are living in one of the best moments of 2025.
Bitcoin keeps us in an exciting position every moment, as it seems like we will see a new ATH every moment. If this growth continues, we will move towards new horizons soon.
Huh pinhead666? You have been registered here since April 2025. Haven't you been through a few cycles already? It seems to me that this particular cycle is merely a continuation of a past cycle patterns in which we likely presume that Bigger and BIGger and BIGGER players are going to be coming into bitcoin
So, in that sense this cycle (or uppity portion of this cycle) is not really any more amazing than past cycles, except that as we kind of postulate the players are getting BIGGER and bitcoin is continuing to perform in ways that are quite interesting in terms of the better case scenarios of several world leaders, financial institutions and traditionally rich people promoting the idea of bitcoin reserves and bitcoin as a safe-haven (even though there may be some fractional reserve practices going on that may or may not end up catching some of them with their pants down).

Sorry, the various offerings are probably available somewhere but the menu is not real.
You dream killer!!!!!!

I went a bit overboard with the molecular gastronomy offerings and I'm not sure tobiko would be served with foam as a stand-alone course outside of a sushi bar - of course, I've never been to a Michelin-starred restaurant so what would I know? I have been living vicariously through others for quite some time now. Thanks El duderino_!
This is becoming a real confessional.

While the menu isn't real per se, it was hypothetically designed to provide optimal nutritional values with respect to healthy fats, protein and carbohydrates for an 80kg adult. I would like to point out that scallops are very high in protein and this particular menu provides 22g of protein which should be just about right for an 80kg adult at one sitting. If you like, I can ask the chef for the nutritional information sheets we are required to maintain by law in the EU. As an aside, I don't think people go to this type of restaurant simply for a meal - they want an exclusive, luxury dining experience where they can explore new and exciting flavours in an elegant setting.
Even though we might have a good experience, you want to kill us nutritionally.
Something is not right about this picture.
I would imagine once the shine wears off and it's not longer "new", they run out of customers who can afford their offerings unless they're in a densely-populated city.
My closest experience to something like a Michelin-starred restaurant was at a culinary college's practice kitchen/restaurant where they learned/trained every aspect of the dining experience. Before we had kids, my wife and I stopped in one day for dinner and for $40 total we felt like king and queen when we left. While it would have fallen very short of a Michelin-star experience, I'm sure, the food and the service was awesome and the best I'd ever experienced. The place was a long way from where we live so the stars and planets have to align in order for that particular dining opportunity to present itself. Now, it's impossible as the covid response killed it.
