This is it. Bitcoin's principles and values are always going to be used by politicians and their agendas, despite them being from right or left tendencies. Each opportunist is trying to claim Bitcoin for himself, while in fact, Bitcoin doesn't belong to any of them...

Concept of freedom was just politically used by Trump to gain support from people who are sympathetic to that kind of view, although in the end he isn't going to be different from past governments. He isn't going to defend and ensure people have that freedom during his governmnet. People are still watched and forced to follow regulations, otherwise they will suffer harsh sentences. Bitcoin was just the mean Trump needed to win an election. Once he did, Bitcoin stopped being useful.

Once he needs Bitcoin again, then (and only then) he makes a new approach to it.
