Texas holding a final vote today in the house will likely produce positive voting outcomes in favour of the SB 21 bill, Senate voted unanimously and passes the bill with a 25-5 vote,it was a massive vote for Bitcoin and I believe similar results be held today. If the bill  passes the final vote in the house and the Governor eventually signed it into law, Texas been the 8th largest economy in the world will certainly boost Bitcoin adoption in the US and while investing tax payers funds worth Millions of dollars into Bitcoin and holding it as strategic asset will have a positive impact in the price of Bitcoin.
