We do need to find out if we are having trouble making a withdrawal. CS is always ready to help users, as long as the money is not from suspicious activity. I usually use a provider that provides in my country's currency. If available, then I will make a deposit. Because in my opinion, if the deposit is possible, the withdrawal must also be possible with the currency I choose. If there is no similar withdrawal method, of course I will ask CS first about how to withdraw money from my account if accessed from my country.

I think the processing time for fiat depends on how many people are withdrawing at that moment, which is why it sometimes takes 5–10 minutes. As for crypto, it depends on the blockchain network when the withdrawal transaction gets confirmed.
