You went to IRC with some generic guest account name, claimed to be some MCXNow user and didn't want or weren't able to prove your identity (you didn´t answer to the security question).
The exchange owner then refused to transfer that MCXNow user's account balance.

So your point is? You not being adressed "Sir" in IRC chat?
