They credited the same amount twice? Why not explain about problem with deposit. Bro insane..nvm. I will never trust evo.io again

The wallet system belongs to a 3rd party, we can manually adjust but once the system goes back to normal it will try to revert and correct everything. Any manual adjustments will only result in duplicates.
Speaking of duplicates, today we found out the wallet system did double entry for deposits to some players, as far back as on 13th!!! We managed to correct some duplicates but most were either withdrawn or lost to game sessions (which is still fine).
They have already resolved all the deposit related issues of the users. So, I don't see anything concerning now. The issue happened from the payment provider side. Looks like you have already lost the funds which were credited twice on your account. I guess they had credited your deposit manually for the first time, then the second one come from the payment provider.
