That is a misleading statistic. Wins by United Arab Emirates against Ireland came when the latter was still an associate member of the ICC. The same with Afghanistan as well. If you remove these two, then UAE has 2 wins against test playing nations. And now remember that Emirates Cricket Board is one of the wealthiest in the world and every now and then they organize T20I series against full member nations. And for me it is surprising that despite all that they have only 2 wins against their name.
