They haven't been online since February 7th and I don't think they will be online in the coming days or weeks(maybe months). I'll suggest that you try posting this on casino.guru, currently, there is an ongoing case against razed.com on that website. Maybe you can add yours to possibly get their attention to clarify or resolve the issue you have with them.
It seems that they already done here and don't have any plans to go back again. See some several issues happened and looks like that affect their reputation.
But who knows maybe there's something like revival would gonna happen and they come back to fix those running issues.
Although chances is so low, but still its good that we see people posting their concerns towards them since maybe this will serve as reminder to people that they are currently questionable due to their inactivity and with current bad experience encountered by some people who choose to gamble on their casino.
