I always wonder what some gamblers see in most of this new casinos that are usually here for nothing else other than to scam gamblers off their hard earned money, this is one the reasons I usually and have always avoided new casinos at least, they get to a level where I know they have become well balanced and committed and their chances of being a scam is at its barest minimum.

And one thing I've always adviced gamblers is to try and complete kyc on any kyc enabled casino immediately after registration and before making any deposit, and in a case where the casino refuses to allow pre-kyc verification, that casino should be completely avoided.

I hope that posting his issue with this casino on casino guru help him get his money back, because to be honest, he did rather learn from this and move on, but it's never a waste to try anyway, I wish him luck.
