Some sort of fightback from West Indies. Both Paul Stirling and Cade Carmichael are back in pavilion. Harry Tector has joined Andy Balbirnie at the crease, but the latter has been very slow in scoring today. So far he has made 68 from 105 balls, at a strike rate of less than 65. Time has come for him to step up his scoring rate. They have a lot of batting to come, but doesn't have too many overs remaining. Lorcan Tucker, George Dockrell and Andy McBrine are next to come, and they do have depth in batting.
After conceding 303 runs in 50 overs, West Indies have the worst thing happen to them and lost their top 6 batsmen just 71 runs on board things are completely out of touch for them as they are not able to perform against Ireland which is their lowest level in this game.

Two big partnerships helps Ireland for posting this big target on board now their bowlers are on target and have nothing positive for struggling West Indies Roston Chase 32 and Matthew Forde 9 have 41 runs partnership which giving them some honourable end of their first game of this tour. Even required rate is still @7 but no batsman on crease for giving them hope of win Aamir Jango on duck four batsmen fail to touch double-digit in this game After good batting now Irish bowing is also looking good.
