My honest review
Introduction: first off, I am grateful to the manager of this Review Campaign (God Of Thunder) and the Sunfirecasino group for giving me the opportunity to participate in this review, so I'll be very honest about everything I come across while going through the site. I'm really impressed with the graphics, the designer did a great job and deserves some accolades, it wasn't really stressful navigating through the site and I was able to register with ease and submit my application before I got lucky to be picked among the members that would participate in this review.
The process
I was asked to deposit the minimum of $10 and I did and surprisenly got gifted extra $20 as bonus, I find that impressive because it's a way of attracting more customers to the site and in return they would be willing to refer more people. I must commend the management for that idea, even though the bonus is not instantly withdrawable but there's no wagering included
Casino games
There were not much casino games, maybe because the site is just developing but I hope they'll add more slot games, I could only find Dice, Keno and few slot games, I don't know if the casino have plans for sport games in future but it would be very nice if sports games is introduced later on since many gamblers are fan of sports games, anyways I had to pick dice that am very familiar with and gambled with $1.
Also the withdrawal process wasn't really stressful although I don't like that I couldn't withdraw the bonus that was given to me by the management I would've been more pleased if they allowed me to withdraw since it was a gift by them. It makes no sense that you gift a customer and seize their opportunity to withdraw the gift, also the support system is directing me to telegram when I tried to seek their attention, I don't think I should be directed to Telegram but rather the support system should attend to me in the site with fast response, that's something they really need to work on.
In conclusion, the site needs some few improvements like customer care which I've mentioned and more games should be included, and I think the management should consider introducing sports betting since more gamblers prefer that to slot games and the bonus should be withdrawable, so I hope the management would consider my review and use it to work on their site to satisfy future customers.
