They haven't been online since February 7th and I don't think they will be online in the coming days or weeks(maybe months). I'll suggest that you try posting this on casino.guru, currently, there is an ongoing case against razed.com on that website. Maybe you can add yours to possibly get their attention to clarify or resolve the issue you have with them.
Surprisingly the overall rating of this casino in casinoguru is good enough 8.2/10 which means casinoguru consider this casino as reliable enough.
It is just unfortunate when a casino come to this forum but suddenly inactive although I may understand if the reason is because they get no good traffic from this forum.
Btw the current on going complaint against razed which started since 2 weeks ago, there is no single response from razed.
Lets say Gabmus is going to submit a complaint as well in casinoguru, he should not hope too much or he needs to have huge patience to wait for a response.
