Barcelona looks dangerous thanks to Hansi Flick who brought in his own magic to bring the best out of these lads. Not just Yamal but Raphinha, Lewandowski, Pau Curbasi, Kounde, Pedri and also the injury prone Frankie De Jong has improved. I still feel they'll be need a proper defensive midfielder next season. The image below caught my attention so I had to share. Debut season for them in Atletico Madrid and they have been perfect. I expect consistency next season.
Hansi Flick took out the best in his players this season, and we think that Barcelona players career ended last season since they did not play at their best and failed to maintain some wonderful players who they loaned in. I was worried that the club could have keeps Cancelo because their defense was weak, but it was clear that Hansi Flick knew what he was doing. No Barcelona player scored 20 goals in La Liga last season, Raphinah who now has 18 goals, scored only 6 in La Liga last season. Honestly, Hansi Flick deserves to be praised.
Furthermore, Atletico Madrid has a great attacking players, and I believe the same goes for the other positions but I'm not sure why they failed to maintain their winning ways. Sorloth and Alvarez are top attackers when it comes to converting chances, with 17 goals in 37 games. Simone should solve their problems for next season and maybe they will win a trophy.
