Rollbit is trying this attempt to funnel every complaints from medias into one channel, and Razer encouraged me to encourage those in the forum who have issues with them to escalate to that division. So, try to write to them, and have some patience. Last I check with Razer, they compliance desk is a bit clogged, so a reply after you write to them might take a while.

Go on share all the evidence that you have, the reason for us asking you to share evidence of your accusations is because a lot of fake accusations against big platforms have existed for long we always ask anyone making claims to support them with evidence so that we can know those that are scams or not.

Between now that you agreed to share those evidence to support your claims, make sure you share all the needed evidence since you may likely get your issues resolved from here now that you are in the ANN thread.
