I’ve done this before at another casino, but for a different reason. The reason I’m creating a new account is because I can no longer use the SIM card I registered with their casino (expired simcard or damaged) and because of their advice. I told them I just wanted to change the mobile number on my account, but they didn’t allow it. They advised me to simply create a new account using a new SIM and they said I wouldn’t need to go through KYC again. I told them that seemed risky because they might be considered me having multiple accounts but they said it’s fine because their system already knows that I’ll have two accounts.
