Without engagements, the local board no go grow and make the engagement no just be about completing our post quota but more about we being interested in what's being discussed. We don't have much high-quality threads on the local board and this na because the topics being created are mostly about generic stuffs that add no value to the board. I no dey say make we no create those types of post but make them reduced and more of educational posts. Don't bypass a quality post only to reward people you know because that's a big problem in the board. Make we all put hands together and we go get the board lively again.
