Hey- so no of course not. the only limit we have on withdrawals is $5.. so if you deposit $10.. you can pull it out right away without placing a bet.
the wager limit only comes into play if you balance match your $10, to get $20... and have to play through 40x of what you match.
but as for deposits, without doing a balance match, there is no wager limit at all.. same with the race winnings- if you win weekly race money, its yours to play or pull out (as long as its over $5).

And there is also a withdrawal fee for about $ 0.40 for btc. So it is not worth withdrawing $5 imo. Make a few games and try to make some more money if you only have $5
