Lucius, did you try again to convert it or still having the same error? I am still some way of 100k but reaching that goal was something why I still visited the site from time to time as I would like to gain another 100k of satoshis. As you say, before there were zero requirements for this kind of conversions.
It's not an error in the literal sense of the word, but their system simply doesn't allow RP to be exchanged for satoshi as was the case before - although I must admit that I had a lot more coins on my balance before and hadn't made a withdrawal in a long time. One of the requirements for the swap to work is a deposit, so maybe that could be a way to exchange RP for satoshi.
The problem, of course, is that with all the problems that are present, no one is really enthusiastic about the idea of making any deposits.
