Bayern hardly spends that much on players, especially a player coming from another team in the Bundesliga, not to mention a German player. If they really want him, they will find a way to negotiate the deal and reduce the transfer fee, if there is no way then they will let him go.
I don't think Bayern needs Wirtz. They already have Musiala who plays in that position. Taking Musiala to the RW is a waste of is talent. They just want him because he is a great talent and they will want him in their team. Hes more like a luxury signing for them.
