Good day all, as you all know, we have been pretty frank and always up front with you lot.
At the moment, after our wallet provider upgraded their system 2 weeks ago, we started seeing "missing" deposits. However, all funds are SAFU! The wallet provider's system fails to update us on player balance. We started seeing this issue more rampant in the last 3 days. As such it is understandable that players would accuse us of being a scam. I would too if my deposits aren't being synced properly after a couple of hours of waiting.
Thank you for being transparent. Most platforms would try to hide this as much as they can to avoid confrontations and allegations of scam so it takes a brave one to take a step forward and face the problem head on. This will definitely ease the users since you are updating everyone and not hiding.
We are working closely with the provider and hope to have it fixed in the next 24-48 hours. However, this experience has left us with a bitter taste in the mouth, and we are unsure if their promises carry any weight anymore. We have started speaking with other providers and hope to bring a backup early next month!
Good to know that you are taking the problem seriously and really looking at where it went wrong to make sure that it doesn't happen again. Hopefully it never happens again but good to know everything is almost sorted out.
