What type of exchange is that? If you're going to send $50 in advance then I guess some people will create account at that exchange but still you should mention it in detail that what's the name of the exchange and how much it costs to open a trade otherwise I don't think anyone will create accounts on exchanges without any proper reason. Also if whatever Charles-Tim mentioned is true then no one is going to create accounts.
