Re: ⚠️SCAM⚠️ BC.game - refusing to pay $1.5m, switched jurisdiction to avoid paying

After reading through gh0573d’s full story and looking at the receipts, it’s pretty obvious that bc.game is being shady and trying to duck out of paying legit winnings.

Here’s what we know:

1. The op has dropped solid proof, video recordings, court docs, and full convos. bc.game? nothing convincing in return.
2. They won $1.5 million fair and square.
3. Before that, they’d withdrawn smaller amounts without any drama. but when they tried to cash out the big one? Boom, account blocked.
4. The excuse? “prohibited techniques.”  except… there’s no proof. The only “evidence” bc.game brings up is some glitch with google sso that accidentally made a duplicate account, one the op didn’t even touch. If that was a real issue, bc.game should’ve flagged it way earlier, not just when they had to pay up $1.5M.
5. And here’s the wild part, the op even won a court case in curaçao that said bc.game owed them the money. Instead of doing the right thing, bc.game:
faked documents - yes, really, uploaded to imgur and everything - and filed for bankruptcy in curaçao to get out of it
6. They then moved their registration to belize/anjouan to dodge any legal action

These are straight up scam tactics, legal hide and seek to avoid paying what they owe.

Meanwhile, bc.game keeps trying to act squeaky clean on forums like bitcointalk and casino guru. they’ll respond to small complaints to look helpful, but when it comes to huge cases like this one? silence. and yeah, still running their signature campaigns to reel people in.

That casino guru even tossed out the op’s case with zero transparency smells a lot like affiliate bias.

Why this matters:

If bc.game can pull tricks like this to keep $1.5M, then no one’s really safe. Crypto gambling already has enough trust issues, this kind of stuff just makes it worse.

Now, I know unholydarkness is probably gonna jump in saying the op’s a bad dude, maybe even in jail, or that his writing doesn’t match between posts and emails, all that deflection nonsense. But none of that changes what bc.game did.

There are scam accusations against them on this forum literally every week. So here's the real question for unholy - you can choose not to answer  Grin:

Even if we say the op is a terrible person, does that suddenly make it okay for bc.game to steal their winnings?

Oh wait, according to you, he’s not even the actual owner of the account now? Right. so that somehow makes it fine to:

Fake documents,
File for  bankruptcy in curaçao
Move jurisdictions just to not pay?

Make it make sense please.
