If the competition is based on baking a pizza, then photograph quality should not detract from the quality of the entry. If the competition is to bake a pizza and present it with filters, enhancements and AI enhancements then that is a different matter. It is great to read differing opinions

Jolly, I don't think you should worry in any case. If you read what the organizer wrote last year about how a pizza should look and what it usually includes and then compare what people did in their visions of pizza, then even editing or improving is simply not within any framework. Have you seen pizzas cooked in frying pans? Or just in plates? I will not judge anyone; everyone does what they have and what they can do. However, voting one way or another turns into a personal priorities. Most people vote for their own. And it does not matter whether the photo is edited or not.
The motto is one: the main thing is to participate. I would even close my eyes to the alternatives; and let it remain fun.
And yes, for those who are trying to stick to a healthy diet, it is better just not to participate, but also not to watch, because sometimes it is really tasty. Your HEAL rules won’t be able to withstand the temptation to buy yourself a pizza.
