I love it because in as much as it sounds like a mocking statement, it actually for me sounds positive and encouraging. Slow down, don't rush. You don't need to jump in if you haven't understood it yet or are not convinced. And for those, the naysayers who have had numerous opportunities to invest when the price was much lower, the statement gives a kind of like, "I told you so" vibes.  Whichever group you are, you will certainly buy at the price you deserve.
