This is another tight one, the other ones are ok but that 5th place, that's where I have that feeling that Chelsea will not make it. For me Chelsea doesn't fit to be among the teams to play champions league football next season and playing against Nottingham is going to be a hard one because Nottingham has put in their best to maintain that 3rd position for a long time before they were dethroned by Manchester City, so this very last day game I'll bank on Nottingham Forest to get all 3pt against Chelsea and they might as well lose the conference league finals to Betis.
