Hey- so no of course not. the only limit we have on withdrawals is $5.. so if you deposit $10.. you can pull it out right away without placing a bet.
the wager limit only comes into play if you balance match your $10, to get $20... and have to play through 40x of what you match.

I used some casinos that you cant withdraw any coins you sent until you wager all of them in casino, anf they have high withdrawal for many coins even when transaction fees are low.
that sounds like hell... no, we have no system to freeze coins.. its your money.. depo it, gamble, take it out.. the only reason we have a $5 withdraw min, is to keep the wallets happy. lots of small transactions just equals headaches.
but yeah- the only time a wager limit EVER comes into the play on L0tt0, is when you do a balance match (which has very clear language).
