As others have said. If you really want others to use your exchanges and pay them for the service used, then escrow the funds and display the escrow address here in the Op (thread).
Last year we were asked to download an exchange and registered in my area (location) and according to the rule, if sign up, we would be gifted with $25 and after the registration, we refer others and additional $25 dollars were given and some people referred many people to use the exchange and at the end. They didn't pay anyone with the bonuses or referring bonuses. So to avoid such, you can escrow the funds.
