If you believe there has been a genuine error or you’d like to formally dispute the findings, you are welcome to contact our support team directly with full details. We're happy to review any legitimate appeal.

Razed is committed to a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. We take all reports seriously and appreciate your understanding.
Well, this is surprising. I guess I was wrong in thinking that a representative would not be online for a while. Anyway, it seems that Gabmus is not satisfied with your findings and report(which is expected), but Just curious, will the two of you, @Gabmus and @MattRazed be ok if a mediator like casino.guru or askgamblers reviews the evidence Razed.com has and will accept and honor the decision they will make? If not, this case will just end in a "he said, she said" scenario.

Using neutral mediator will be better to solve this kind of issue, not only for this case in Razed but also in all other casinos. Casino.guru can be said as one of the most popular mediator but maybe we should start to have mediator in this forum. We have many reputable members here so maybe they can help other users who are having issue in casino like this one. It would be nice if we have 1-2 reputable users or maybe a group of reputable users who declare themselves as mediator. What I dont like is the fact that when it comes to an issue with a casino, especially when a player is accused to break the casino's terms, there is no specific/solid evidences provided by the casinos.
I remember a case where several reputable forum members agreed to review the evidence the casino has and decide whether the evidence is sufficient or not, but that was a one-time case only, and they do not have a plan to do it again, if I recall correctly. That's why a lot of members here usually just lead gamblers who have a complaint against a casino to casino.guru or askgamblers if the case cannot be resolved here or if the gambler is not satisfied with the decision the casino made.
