That statement seems very disrespectful toward another league. Just because Tottenham won Europa League, then you generalize that if other leagues are not as good as EPL. I think this is wrong.

Manchester City lost very soon in round of 16 while Arsenal and Aston Villa lost against the team who play in farmer league. Any leagues have the same chance, especially the team is rich and get a lot funding from investors.
