The last week of premier league will be exciting because three teams will be decided at the end of final week that will play next UCL along with Liverpool and Arsenal.
You're right, but you forgot another EPL team that already qualified for the next season of the UCL and it's the team that is currently in the 17th position: Tottenham [thanks to winning the UEL] 
The most exciting match which I am looking to watch is between Nottingham and Chelsea, Nottingham need to win that game to play UCL while a draw or win for Chelsea will take them to next UCL.
It's worth noting that a draw for Chelsea isn't a safe result [if both Newcastle and Aston Villa win their respective games, that means without a win, Chelsea will miss the last UCL spot by ending up in 6th place].- Even though Chelsea is in a better form, I expect Nottingham Forest to beat them at the City Ground (it'd be nice to see them in the UCL after a very long time).
